The trawlers are often referred to as blue water cruising because they are tough, safe, and well-suited to handle rough weather. Built and designed in America, the solid glass hull and high flared bow make this Mainship 34 Trawler an attractive NZ cruiser. Designed to move down the U.S intercoastal waterways, cruise the Florida coast, and cross the Gulf to the Caribbean. These trawlers fall into the category of sea-worthy, capable boats for their size.

Oasis in shaft driven by a Yanmar 315hp single screw. It's well looked after and has never missed a birthday. Sufficiently powered, this displacement Trawler runs at an economical 8kts and will get up to 12kts. The boat is well-suited to navigating remote anchorages with an upper and lower helm station.

From an engineering standpoint, access and ease have been maintained with fuel strainers, batteries, water pumps kept in reach, and a sight-gauge diesel fuel tank. You can get all the way around the engines to service them, and the ceilings are heavily insulated to keep the interior as quiet as possible.

Good luck finding another boat that offers accommodations and performance in a size range that is as economical as this and easy to handle.
