The Oceanis Yacht 60 is Beneteau’s flagship sailing yacht, created for New Zealand owners looking beyond the next bay.

Cruise the New Zealand coast in comfort, head north to the Pacific Islands or prepare for an extended offshore programme. The Oceanis Yacht 60 has the performance, range, and onboard comfort to support ambitious cruising plans.

Twin helm stations, clear deck access, and considered sail handling make her manageable underway. Wide side decks and a flush cockpit provide safe movement around the yacht, while the hydraulic swim platform creates direct access to the water at anchor.

An aft tender garage keeps the tender securely stored without occupying valuable deck space. Below deck, generous volume, natural light, and customisable layouts allow each yacht to be configured around the owner’s cruising plans.

Key Features:

  • Twin helm stations with clear deck access
  • Aft tender garage with hydraulic platform
  • Expansive swim platform
  • Wide side decks and flush cockpit
  • Customisable layouts, rig and finishes
  • Generous interior volume and natural light
  • Designed for long-range coastal and offshore cruising

For Kiwi sailors ready to move into a larger yacht, the Oceanis Yacht 60 provides the space to host family and friends, the capability to cross oceans and the comfort to spend extended periods aboard.

INTERIOR

The Oceanis Yacht 60 offers a 3-cabin, 3-head layout that optimises space below. With options of walnut or light oak finishings, the interior is distinctively stylish. The spacious saloon / dining area are perfect for entertaining under sail or on anchor. Seating six comfortably, the saloon is in close proximity to a curved chart table, so the skipper is able to swivel around and take part in conversations while underway. Moving forward in the boat, there is a full-beam midship galley. There is a huge amount of storage space with excellent ventilation.

EXTERIOR

Two helm consoles in close proximity to the sail controls enable excellent control of the boat under sail, on either tack. This makes short-handed sailing and manoeuvring without leaving the helm that much easier. Extensive side decks run around the sides of the helm stations and lead all the way to the bow with no obstructions for safe movement from stern to bow. The signature Beneteau drop-down swim platform opens up to a tender garage able to fit a 2.8-meter tender.

TECHNOLOGY

The Oceanis Yacht 60 is kitted with user friendly intuitive control and navigational aids for easy sailing and single-handed adventures. Featuring cutting-edge technology such as Beneteau Ship-Control and Dock&Go for the ultimate experience and ease of use onboard.

  • Ship Control allows intuitive control of all the boat data and components.

YACHTING WORLD REVIEW

This is a thoroughly likeable yacht that, unlike many of its size, proved to be fun and rewarding to sail, while also being easy to handle in most respects. There’s no doubt that the reduced displacement and lower freeboard compared to its predecessor are big factors in this. Yachting World Review
