Design

Recreating a model is always a challenge, and with Marc Lombard and Nauta Design at the helm, they have successfully achieved this challenge. The brief given was to include two key features: greater volume and improved performance while retaining its trademark of ease. To achieve this, they designed a hull with a flared shape and a rib that preserves smooth lines underwater, boosting power and stability. This design also increases hull rigidity, manages weight effectively, and creates more space inside the bow.

Interior

As soon as you step inside, you'll notice how spacious it feels. With multiple interior layout options, the Oceanis 37.1 maintains a saloon as roomy as a 40-foot yacht. With a comfortable sofa that can easily seat six people and the galley running lengthwise, these details leave plenty of space for everyone to move around without getting in each other's way. One of the many features of this Oceanis is the ample amount of portholes and hatches. They offer breathtaking views of the horizon and flood the interior with natural light. The ergonomic research applied to this Oceanis makes its quite unique.

First Line Package

For sailors who crave excitement while sailing and want to maximize the potential of their vessel, the Oceanis 37.1 First Line pack is an excellent option. Its versatility makes it suitable for a variety of programs. For easy handling shorthanded, the rigging is brought back to the two aft winches. Additionally, the double spreaders provide exceptional performance. The cut of the square-top mainsail as well as the flatdeck furling genoa deliver an upwind sail area of 73.50 m2, increasing the sail area by 13 m2 compared to the standard version.
