Emma Nelson is stepping into her new role as a Broker at 36° Brokers, but she’s already a familiar face around Marsden Cove.
After three years working behind the scenes in marketing and administration, Emma has seen every part of the process. From how listings are built, to what brings in the right buyers to what actually gets deals across the line. She’s now bringing that experience directly into her role as a broker.
Emma has always been based out of Marsden Cove, working alongside the team and involved in the day-to-day of the business.
So this isn’t a fresh start.. it’s a natural step forward. She knows the market, the boats, and the people in it.
Coming from a marketing and admin role, Emma understands how to position a boat properly from the start. She’s worked on listings, campaigns, and client communication - so she knows what makes things work, and what slows them down.
She also co-runs One Tenders & Deck Devil which gives her a broader understanding of running a business in the marine space. It’s not just about selling boats, it’s about understanding the bigger picture around them.
Emma is also out there enjoying the boat life!
She recently took part in a ladies fishing competition and came away with a great catch- a pretty good reflection of how involved she is in the boating lifestyle, not just the job.
As the first female broker at 36° Brokers, Emma brings something a bit different to the team.
She’s known for being clear, honest, and easy to deal with - and focused on making the process feel smooth from start to finish, whether you’re buying or selling.
Based in Marsden Cove, Emma is now working with buyers and sellers across Northland.
If you’re thinking about making a move, or just want to understand where your boat sits in the current market, she’s a good person to talk to.
