2023 36° Brokers Squadron Weekend and Commodore's Cup race

What an epic celebration with hundreds of members and their guests: we sure partied like it's Barcelona for the 36 Degrees Brokers Squadron Weekend prizegiving! This is the 2nd year in a row that weather has brought the party back to the club, here's hoping next year we'll be together again on the lawns of Lidgard House at Kawau Island. Thanks to all the volunteers and sponsors that helped bring this event together.
What a start for 36 Degrees Brokers Squadron Weekend! Considering the forecast, a good-sized fleet sailed the Night Race To Kawau.
The Commodores Cup race from Kawau to the Club is due to start at 12:00, with winds already nearing the upper limit for racing - we look forward to seeing the fleet safely arrive home this afternoon and in the clubhouse for our famous Squadron Weekend Party! LAST MINUTE TICKETS are available at the door from 5:00pm. RNZYS members $40 and all others $55, including drinks, food, live music and heaps of prizes!
t was a fast send yesterday from Kawau back to the Club for the 36 Degrees Brokers Commodores Cup race back to RNZYS for the Squadron Weekend Party. Some great shots in big seas and strong winds here!
